Power Breakfast: A Twist to the Traditional Yogurt & Granola

I absolutely love my Yogurt & Granola, and I know I'm not the only one. Whether I want a power breakfast or a fiber-rich snack, this is my go-to recipe. But as much as I like the taste of it, the plain Yogurt and Granola combination can get a bit old over time. So, I decided to add a little twist to it: watermelon!

The original idea came from Spencer (the boo), and I thought it would never work! But I tried it and I was sold. While Yogurt and Granola are delicious together, I always felt the need to drink water while eating, as it can feel a bit dry. Watermelon was the perfect ingredient for added freshness and hydration.

It does also provide you with the carbs, protein and a portion of the value of fiber you need everyday, and it can help with weight loss. It is naturally sweet, which can help with sugar cravings.

Finally, every wedge of watermelon is packed with Vitamins A and C (up to 33 and 39% of your daily needs!).

The recipe for this Power Breakfast is more than simple. Just get your usual yogurt (I use a nonfat plain greek yogurt), your favorite granola (mine is Mixed Berry granola or Almond granola with dried fruits), one banana and a wedge of watermelon cut in small pieces. Mix it all up, add a bit of honey, and enjoy the fresh, creamy goodness while getting ready for Spring Break!

Bringin' Sexy Back!

As a rather...busty woman, I do not enjoy showing too much cleavage because it can become easily provocative, and I'm sure all busty women know what I am talking about!

Unless I am in an adequate situation like a night club, where I consider it is acceptable to show off and be a bit sexy, my confidence somehow disappears, especially for daytime activities, so I balance a covered front with sexy cutouts in the back!

Forever21 21 Days of Layers Inspired Look: Long Live the Cardigan!

Gotta love the Californian weather. Coming from France, I was pretty happy to see that it wasn't that cold here in San Francisco. Even in Fall!

This Indian summer weather is just perfect for me, as I often get cold in the upper part of my body, like my shoulders or my neck, while my legs always enjoy a bit of freshness.

If you're weird like that too, the combination Summer dress - Cardigan is perfect for the first days of Fall. Yep, layering is hands down my favorite Fashion trend this season: as it is always nice and sunny despite the cool wind, I can wear one of my favorite summer dresses and give a bit of texture to my outfit with a nice cotton cardigan and a jacket, thick enough to make up for the nakedness of my legs.

I was on my way to school, so I don't wear anything fancy because I am L-A-Z-Y; I like to be comfortable and casual. But if I was going downtown or on a date, I would substitute my flats with nice brown boots and a cute matching purse.

Hello everyone!

As the cold weather and the fog are coming back here in San Francisco, I thought I would go back to thick fabric that would keep me warm without being too warm. And I thought denim was perfect for that day!

I got the jacket from Old Navy a few years ago. Since fashion is so cyclical, I knew that keeping it would be worth it. The “all-denim” stlyle is back in!
